The property is very new, clean, and well maintained. The staff was outstanding—especially Deaisha, who greeted us at the front desk with such warmth and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless. I wanted to get away this weekend and I found a Perfect Spot Springhill suite Grand Rapids West I want to thank Lisa, Courtney and Antawanicka for good customer service I met Lisa Friday the first night that I got there was really nice. Went out her way to make sure I had everything for my stay recommended good places to eat at. The next day I had an issue and one of the young ladies address the issue as soon as possible, the room was very nice. Clean smell good work room was nice and clean everywhere I went in the hotel smelled good and fresh and the staff was very nice. Yes I would recommend for my family to come there when they’re in Grand Rapids to stay there, you wouldn’t be disappointed. Keep up the good work, ladies I will be back soon I gave your hotel a 10
Clean rooms, friendly staff. Pool is on the small side, but still usable for sure.
The room was nice. The bed was comfortable. We were on the main floor and the people above us sounded like a herd of elephants. Perhaps most 3 star hotels have need of sound-proof ceilings. The front desk service was excellent. The self-made blueberry waffles were pretty good, as were the scones. Nice location easy to get to different events on the Southside and downtown Grand Rapids.
Basic Springhill suite hotel. Very clean rooms and accommodating staff. Very large common area on main floor. Breakfast in the morning was well stocked. Staff was very friendly.
The rooms were clean, pool area was as well. Desj employees were friendly and professional. Breakfast, well it was a hotel breakfast.
Good place to stay while visiting the surrounding areas to include Holland. NOTE: You can't access the parking lot from Rivertown Pkwy (main road). See my attached map. Room was large, clean, and provided a great night sleep. Nice common areas. Parking lot well lit.
Everything was great, except what is up with these transparent bathroom doors. They give no privacy whatsoever, you can still see the outline of who’s in the bathroom. If any one turns on the bathroom light at night the whole rest of the room lights up due to the door being a sliding glass door with a little film.
